I am a qualified Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) and a chartered member of the British Psychological Society. I have worked with the NHS over the last 8 years working with adults experiencing a range of difficulties including low mood, anxiety, coping with loss, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, traumatic events, stress, loss of meaning, and long-term health conditions including chronic pain, and fatigue. I abide by the BPS and HCPC code of ethics and conduct and invest in my continuous professional development attending training and talks on a range of topics relevant to my practice. I am also an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner.
In addition to being a psychologist, I am a coach, trainer and facilitator and have 20 years consultancy and inhouse experience working in learning and development with global organisations in the UK and internationally. Through coaching, leadership and team interventions I help my clients be more effective, resilient and fulfilled in their roles, reach their full potential and achieve lasting results for themselves and their organisations. I am a Professional Certified Coach (ICF), Chartered Member of CIPD and accredited in various psychometrics including MBTI and EQi.
